The way we feel reflects everything going on in our lives, both internally and externally. Mental health issues can be complicated because there are so many facets to how we experience our feelings.

Sometimes mental health issues are brought on by a life stressor and sometimes they progressively emerge due to physically organic reasons. Nonetheless, when we wake up to debilitating mental health issues, they are often invasive and frustrating. They can affect our ability to feel motivated and good about ourselves.

Getting emotionally organized and understanding what steps to take to feel well is a lifesaver and ultimately a game changer for our life experience.
